Under Pressure – Three second-years make a musical

As finals are in full swing and stress is increasing, three students from the Amsterdam University College (AUC) have decided to put even more pressure on themselves. They have taken on the task of performing a musical that, ironically, themathises the stressful nature of student life.

AUC students address important issues during Mental Health Awareness Week

Since November 6 AUC students have been participating in the Mental Health Awareness Week, an initiative organised by Peer Support. Peer Support, a student support group, organises this event annually as a way of raising attention to mental health care at AUC.

You’re On Probation

According to senior tutor Huan Hsu, an estimated 10 to 15 percent of AUC student are on academic probation. The term is used by universities all around the world but at AUC, some students are still confused about what exactly it entails.
